Astro Jones

My Psychosynthesis training is integrative, encompassing various modalities and drawing from all the schools of psychology.  My focus is relational, meaning I attune to each clients relational needs and draw on the relationship between us to inform the work.  I weave in aspects of the person-centred approach too, embodying the core conditions of empathy, unconditional positive regard and congruence (genuineness). 

I have a wealth of counselling and life experience. Before working in private practice I volunteered for a year as a counsellor at London Friend, the UK's oldest LGBTIQ+ charity, and I'm a registered accredited member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and my work is inline with their ethical framework.
