I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist with a particular interest and experience in working with LGBTQ+ people, both individuals and couples. I work in person in Hampstead in North London, or occasionally online. My preference is to work in a long-term and open-ended way at least once per week.

Experience and approach:

I find that slowly, as we speak together about what is going on (as well as what has happened before), change often takes place behind the scenes. I am interested in thinking about how our symptoms work for us, and the ways in which we might find ourselves undermining our good intentions. I think it is very important to use humour and rapport, and so my usual system would be to meet first of all to see if we are a good fit to begin working together. There is no fee for this initial session.

My fees work on a sliding scale, and can be revisited during our work together if circumstances change. I like to have conversation about what is a suitable fee in our initial meeting. I am committed to working low fee with as many people living on low incomes as I can and offer a number of very low fee places in my practise.

Individuals £60-£100 per 50-minute session

Couples £70-£150 per 50/75 minute session
