About the Therapist
I am a qualified and Accredited Member of the BACP ( British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy ) and a qualified Clinical Supervisor including Online and Telephone Work. At present, I work in Private Practice from Farringdon and New Cross Gate. I also work on-line or on the phone. My aim is to provide a supportive, non-judgemental, confidential and safe environment for you to share your story and be heard. I see my counselling role as hopefully guiding you towards your own answers and uncovering your own truths.

My practice is GSRD (Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity) informed. I mainly work using the Person Centred Approach, however counsellors are required to constantly refresh and review their work and training, and as such, I bring a broader understanding of current approaches and thinking and I am open to looking at what works best for you as a client. The Person Centred Approach sees every individual as having the internal resources they need for growth, and helps people to work at their own pace. I aim to create a safe, supportive and respectful space for you to look at your life and think about how you want to move forward.
