Every client is unique, bringing with them a lifetime of experiences, beliefs and behaviours. Because of this, I take an integrative approach to therapy. This means that I combine different types of therapy according to what each client wants from their sessions. My core counselling and psychotherapy training is in person-centred, psychodynamic and Gestalt therapies, so you can expect our work together to draw on these approaches.
I am led by my clients, believing that you hold the keys to how change might best unfold for you.
I am experienced in working with clients on a variety of issues, including:
ABUSE / ADHD / ANXIETY / AUTISM / BODY IMAGE ISSUES / DEPRESSION / EATING DISORDERS / EMOTIONAL LITERACY / FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS / IDENTITY / LOSS / MENOPAUSE / PANIC ATTACKS / PARENTING / PERINATAL MENTAL ILLNESS / SELF ESTEEM AND SELF WORTH / SELF HARM / SEXUALITY / STRESS / TRAUMA / WORK ISSUES
