About the Therapist
Originally from Nigeria, I have a mixed tribal and religious heritage, and I've lived and studied the majority of my life in the UK. I had a professional background in advertising for 25 years prior to becoming a psychotherapist. This blend of professional experiences enables me to work with clients who are looking to overcome any challenges, especially around race, sexuality, gender, culture and creating a work/life balance. I'm currently working as a full time psychotherapist at The School of Life and in private practice.

You as a person are at the centre of my approach to therapy.
When life is a struggle, it can be surprisingly helpful to speak to someone who really listens, carefully, warmly, and without judgement. It can be a starting point to finding a way forward, especially if it is currently difficult to speak to those around you or you’re going around in circles with an intractable issue.
My approach is to work alongside you to help you achieve your objectives and to help you develop a more understanding and accepting relationship to yourself.
