About the Therapist
I will work with you to help you gain a greater sense of freedom and possibility in life, and better understand your feelings and experiences. We are affected by many things beyond our direct control. This could include experiences of marginalisation or discrimination. It could include experiences of abuse or trauma. Therapy can’t fix a broken world. But it can give you a time and space that’s just yours, where we can work together to explore whatever brings you to therapy.

My training is in integrative therapy, and my own queerness informs how I think and how I work. I draw on different approaches; our work together will evolve and be shaped by what you need. There are some principles I always hold in mind. One is that you are the expert on your life. I am not here to give you answers, but to work with you to help you connect to your feelings, explore what matters to you, and find a greater sense of freedom and possibility.
