I am a non-binary practitioner with more than 2 years of experience working in a therapeutic field both in private practice and as part of LGBT charities. I also have experience working with the voluntary sector supporting LGBTIQ+ refugees.

I have a background in arts and creative thinking and use these skills in my theory and practice of psychotherapy and counselling. I work with individuals, couples and relationships.

The therapy I offer is Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy with a Relational angle. I work with individuals and relationships/couples.

I work with a wide range of issues including depression, stress, anxiety, experience of bulling, shame, anger. We can also work together with your gender, erotic and sexual identities, class, ethnicity and cross-cultural identities. You and I work with what you feel is necessary and important to address and recognise in yourself.

My role is to support you in your personal journey forward and into the past. Together we can reflect on your relationships, feelings, thoughts.
