Psychodynamic therapy explores the unconscious processes and emotional patterns that shape us. It helps develop self-awareness, improve relationships, manage difficult emotions more effectively, and find more authentic ways of living. It's particularly effective for people who seek to understand themselves more deeply. I work in a way that's relational, curious, and warm.
I offer short and long-term therapy for adults, both online and in-person. Sessions are weekly and last 50-minutes. I offer an initial free 20-minute phone consultation. I will introduce myself and answer any questions you might have, and we can think together about whether this therapy feels right for you.f you decide to continue, we will then schedule a 75-minute assessment session to give us time to discuss your personal history and what brings you to therapy.
