Mario Uosis Martin Online Therapy
About the Therapist
I offer online therapy for adults who want a thoughtful, supportive space to explore what is happening in their lives.
People come to therapy with me for many reasons. You may be feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or exhausted by trying to keep everything going. You may be struggling with relationships, identity, self-worth, past trauma, or the long-term impact of masking and adapting to other people’s expectations. Sometimes people come with a clear issue in mind. Sometimes they just know that something does not feel right.
I am an openly gay and neurodivergent therapist, and my practice is LGBTQIA+ inclusive, neurodivergence-affirming, and trauma-informed. These parts of who I am matter to the way I work. I know how important it can be to feel met without judgement, pressure, or the sense that you have to explain yourself from the beginning.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and reflective. I aim to offer a space where you can speak openly, better understand yourself, and explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we can look at what has shaped you, what you need now, and what change might look like in a way that feels real and sustainable.
My core training is in Transactional Analysis from an integrative perspective, and my work is also informed by attachment theory, psychodynamic thinking, object relations, and creative exploration. I use these ideas in a flexible way, shaped around the person in front of me rather than forcing you into a fixed model.
I live and work between Spain and the UK, and I offer therapy online in English only.
If you are looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth, honesty, and depth, I would be glad to hear from you.

My approach is integrative and tailored to you as an individual. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. We would work in a way that takes account of your history, your needs, your pace, and how you make sense of yourself and the world.
I completed a four-year postgraduate training in Transactional Analysis from an integrative perspective. Since establishing my clinical practice in 2019, I have worked with adults from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. My work draws on integrative, psychodynamic, and humanistic approaches, allowing me to adapt therapy to each person rather than follow a rigid formula.
I aim to create a space where trust can grow and where you can speak freely without fear of judgement. Therapy with me is collaborative. Together, we explore your inner world, emotional patterns, and ways of coping, so that over time you can move towards greater understanding, self-acceptance, and change.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and keep my practice informed by current theory, research, and emerging perspectives.
I work in line with the professional codes of ethics and good practice of the BACP and UKCP. I am fully insured and have regular clinical supervision to support the quality, safety, and integrity of my work.
