Matilda Ellis - Croydon

Hi, I'm Matilda (she/they), an integrative counsellor from South London. When life becomes challenging, it can be hard to reach out for help. I'm here to offer a safe, non-judgemental environment for you to explore your difficulties, where I will meet you with empathy and respect. You may wish to explore more about your childhood, reduce present stresses and anxiety or just find out more about who you truly are - all of this we can do together in counselling. My aim is to support and collaborate with you to build resilience and empower you to have the confidence to navigate challenges that come your way.

I work with people from diverse backgrounds, and I am a LGBTQ+ affirmative and neuro-affirmative counsellor, ensuring that our work acknowledges the impact of intersectionality on our lives.

Our work would begin with a free 15 minute call (online or phone) for me to find out more about you and what is bringing you to counselling. You can also use this time to ask me any questions you have, and get a sense if I am the right fit for you.

I am available for sessions in person in Croydon and Beckenham and online.
