Experience and approach:
Therapy is a collaborative process, together we will make sense of what you are thinking and feeling, increasing your capacity to sit with distress, how to heal, move forward and make positive change to live a more fulfilled life. I work in a sensitive and compassionate manner, offering a safe therapeutic space, free from judgement for you to explore life's difficulties at a pace which best suits you.Â
Â
I have a passion for understanding trauma and the effects it can have in many areas of life. I will work with you in a safe and ethical way to develop an understanding of your own trauma responses, including behaviours which may be challenging and unhelpful and then build upon your own resilience, healing and capacity for growth.
