I’m Miguel, an accredited Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering therapy in English and Spanish. I provide a safe, supportive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming space for you to explore who you are, what you’re struggling with, and how you’d like to move forward.

My approach is relational and collaborative — therapy is a journey we take together, at your own pace. I work with adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, identity and belonging, self-esteem, relationships, and life transitions. I also integrate grounding and self-compassion practices to help clients find stability and resilience.

I offer sessions online and in person in Brighton, and occasionally offer special rates for native Spanish speakers seeking therapy in their first language.

My work is grounded in Transactional Analysis, a model that helps us understand the patterns we develop in relationships — with ourselves and others — and create new, more authentic ways of connecting. I aim to offer a space where all parts of you are welcome, including those shaped by experiences of difference, shame, or exclusion. My style is calm, compassionate, and collaborative, inviting curiosity rather than judgement. I also integrate grounding and self-compassion practices to help you feel more resourced, safe, and connected in your everyday life.
