About the therapist:

I am a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with experience of supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals in a range of settings such as in the NHS, crisis, youth, neurodiversity and disability services, I have supported people of all backgrounds and all ages.

As a member of The Medical Charity for the Performing Arts (BAPAM), I also work with people in the field of music and performance and help individuals to navigate the unique challenges and issues of these industries.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, working to their code of ethics and conduct.

Working psychodynamically, that is considering feelings and memories that arise from the present as well as the past, I will also help you think about how previous experiences have shaped your ‘here and now’. This may allow you to make sense of what underlies recurring patterns in your feelings and emotions or why you may perhaps feel lost or stuck.
