About the Therapist
I offer a confidential and empathetic space where we can develop a therapeutic relationship based on non judgement and honesty. Therapy can help you uncover blind spots and together we can discover the root causes of the challenges you face. We can explore the darkest and most difficult memories and challenges you face and you can begin to repair and change.
I offer weekly sessions and therapy is open ended, for as long as you want or need. I have an office in King's Cross I(WC1x 9LP) for in person sessions and I also offer zoom sessions if that is your preference. If you are struggling get in touch and we can have a call to see if we are a good fit and we can start sessions if we are.

In terms of my approach, I work intergratively, using different modalities depending on client preference and what I think will be the most helpful.  I always work in a person centered way, which means I do not analyse you but instead offer the right conditions for our relationship to grow and for you to feel safe enough and trust me with your most difficult and shameful thoughts and experiences. During the course of our therapy we may work psychodynamically, looking at your childhood. At times we might need to work somatically connecting your mind and body, we can be solution focussed or work existentially examining your purpose, meaning and choices.
