Hello, this is a listing for the GSRD therapy groups that I host in Dalston E8 and Holborn WC1. These are small groups held in comfortable settings where the support and encouragement of other LGBTQIA people can help you express yourself, relate to others, and make deep and meaningful connections in a therapeutically held group. They are fortnightly groups for 2 hours with up to six people in a group. Email for more information and to join my waiting list.

For many years, I didn’t believe in therapy. I thought friends and family could support us through difficulties and didn’t see the need for professional therapists. But my views changed when a close friend went through a very painful period in their life and had counselling. I saw how therapy transformed them and began to think differently about it. I realised that, while the support of loved ones may be sufficient for some, for many it is invaluable to talk to someone objective, who is professionally trained to help.

Hello, my name is Matthew (he/him). I support people struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and relationship issues, and specialise in working with people who are LGBTQ+ and Neurodivergent. Through my lived experience, I know being LGBTQ+ and Neurodivergent can bring up challenging feelings of shame and rejection, the result of growing up in a heteronormative and neurotypical world. I believe these feelings can be overcome and there is hope of living comfortably in your own skin.

Hi, My name is Nav (she/her) and I am a Psychotherapist who works with people who are anxious, depressed and who are often struggling with their identity, self esteem and relationships.  Grief and loss are themes that often emerge, as I help you examine the shame you may have felt your whole life.  I have experience in working  with complex intersectionality, around sexuality and race, and the challenges this brings when navigating the world, which can feel like a lonely and difficult place. We can work together and help you to establish better relationships and a clearer sense of self.

I offer counselling and psychotherapy in online sessions, with availability from 8:30 am t0 9:30 pm, on weekdays. I’m atypical as a person and I am BDSM and Kink knowledgeable and affirming.
