Hi, I’m Shane, a humanistic therapist from North-West London. I am trained as a Person-Centred / pluralistic counsellor/psychotherapist and am a registered MBACP Counsellor & Psychotherapist.

I strive to provide a safe and secure space for my clients to be able to explore with me the issues that have entered or are part of their current lives. I work with all genders and sexual orientations incorporating  clients who are on the spectrum either diagnosed or undiagnosed. I see therapy as a joint project where we learn from each other.

I’m Max (he/him), a queer counsellor working with LGBTQ+ adults who feel disconnected – from community, from relationships, from themselves. I work online and in-person in Camden King’s Cross, Wimbledon, and Croydon.

Experienced counselling & psychotherapy in Kings Cross, Central London You might be looking for help with a specific issue, such as anxiety, feeling sad, low self-esteem or a relationship problem. You might want to make a change to your family, work or social life. You might need help with something that feels painful or even embarrassing. Sometimes the usual ways of coping don’t seem to help. The same thing seems to happen over and over again. Therapy can provide a contained, confidential space to explore what is troubling you. Working together, it is possible to make lasting positive change. I will support,

I am a gay, cis-male, BACP-registered, integrative therapist working in Camden, with experience and interest in working with LGBTQ+ people to help you through whatever is affecting you. I am interested in Parts Work, meaning I see you as made up of different parts, each with its own fears and wants, that, when all put together, make you unique and special.  Ideally, these parts peacefully sit alongside each other, but so often they don’t. Fourth Space Therapy offers a confidential, supportive, and non-judgmental place where we explore and make sense of who you are together.

For many years, I didn’t believe in therapy. I thought friends and family could support us through difficulties and didn’t see the need for professional therapists.   But my views changed when a close friend went through a very painful period in their life and had counselling. I saw how therapy transformed them and began to think differently about it. I realised that, while the support of loved ones may be sufficient for some, for many it is invaluable to talk to someone objective, who is professionally trained to help.

I’m a BACP-registered integrative therapist and counsellor, offering an LGBTQIA+-affirming and culturally sensitive space. I have worked with people experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, loss, life transitions, substance use and suicidal thoughts. I work with adults in English or Polish. Sessions are available in person in West Hampstead or Queen’s Park (NW6), as well as and online.

Counselling/Psychotherapy can help us understand better how we behave, what motivates us, and how past experiences can affect current behaviour. By expressing whatever is uppermost in our mind, feelings, thoughts, wishes, fears, memories and dreams can be explored within the safety of the therapeutic relationship. The aim being to enable us to find more appropriate ways of coping with our difficulties and to bring about changes in our thinking, feeling and behaviour. Through exploration therapy hopes to enable us to live a more fulfilling life and reach our full potential in the face of life’s limitations.

I mostly work with people on their significant relationships – with family, partners, and themselves. I see both couples and individuals looking for insight, change or a deeper understanding of themselves. I have shedloads of experience, both inside and outside the counselling room. I came out in my 20’s, and have a special interest in the process of people finding and embracing their core sexual and gender identify.  I also work with people within a broad range of consensual, non-traditional relationships.

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS: Hi. I’m autistic and have been a therapist and coach for almost 25 years. I offer counselling and psychotherapy in online sessions, with availability from 8:30 am t0 9:30 pm, on weekdays. I’m atypical as a person and I am BDSM and Kink knowledgeable and affirming. Diverse relationship arrangements and lifestyle choices are understood as natural human ways of living.  I specialise in providing effective therapy and coaching for neurodivergent adults, and I train other therapists to do this, too.
