About the Therapist
I combine my 16 years experience as a people professional with my psychotherapy training to work with you. When working with clients I use a range of techniques and adapt these to each individual. These tend to focus on your past and how you came to be who you are now, your present situation, and what you want in your future. I’ve discovered that everyone is truly on their own unique path and therapy can help you discover yours. I started my psychotherapy training by completing a certificate in counselling skills with CPCAB in 2022. Since then I’ve being studying for a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy which is accredited by the UKCP. I have been working with clients as a volunteer counsellor for nearly two years at different placements and have undertaken work with a wide variety of people. One of these placements included several clients who identified as LGBTQIA+. I’ve also had training with Gendered Intelligence and worked with people from across LGBTQIA+ identities in my prior career.
