Obsessless Therapy - Online CBT & ERP Therapist | OCD, ADHD & Anxiety | MBACP
About the Therapist
Hi, my name is Nova, and I’m a qualified CBT therapist working online with adults. I help people struggling with OCD, anxiety disorders, chronic worry, panic, health anxiety, and challenges linked to ADHD and neurodivergence.
Alongside professional training, I have lived experience of OCD and anxiety, which gives me a deep understanding of how overwhelming and isolating these struggles can feel. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based methods like CBT, ERP, ACT, and inference-based CBT. I aim to support you in understanding what’s keeping you stuck and building the skills you need to move forward with more confidence.
I welcome clients of all identities, backgrounds, and genders, and aim to create a space that feels respectful, non-judgmental, and affirming.

I support adults dealing with OCD, generalised anxiety disorder, health anxiety, panic, low self-esteem, and ADHD-related challenges. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and inference-based CBT.
Sessions are focused on helping you break out of unhelpful patterns, reduce avoidance, and respond more flexibly to difficult thoughts and emotions. I also have experience working with neurodivergent clients and offer a space that’s collaborative, practical, and tailored to your goals.
