Paul Butlin
About the Therapist
I’m Paul (he/him), a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist offering online sessions for LGBTQIA+ people and allies.
Growing up and existing as a gay, queer or LGBTQ+ person can feel isolating and confusing. I can relate. My sessions provide a safe space to unpick your feelings, reduce anxiety, and start seeing things more clearly.
I work with LGBTQIA+ people who are struggling, working things out or need a space to talk. Issues can range from shame, anxiety and depression, to trauma, relationship and family problems, and managing the weight of society’s expectations.
