In this way, I am a slightly different therapist for each and every person I work with - meeting them and their needs anew each time. Experience and approach:

I have experience in addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, family dynamics, autism, trauma, and matters related to sex, gender, and sexuality.

My approach involves understanding each person’s experiences from their unique perspective, allowing me to meet them with acceptance, empathy, and curiosity. When appropriate, I also gently challenge clients to encourage deeper reflection and new ways of thinking about their experiences.

I work in person within Edinburgh and online for any one based elsewhere in the UK.
