In our sessions, we’ll create a safe, open, and supportive space where you’re free to be yourself. This will be a conversation, yes, but not just with words. We’ll collaborate, explore, and walk the path of self-discovery together, at your pace. Sometimes that might mean we use images, objects, or even dive into the world of storytelling—whatever feels right to help you express yourself fully.
I like to think of my approach as a basket of tools—each one gathered with care over years of experience. These tools are yours to use as we work through the complex layers of your journey. Whether we focus on creative therapy, mindfulness, or coaching, we’ll tailor our approach to meet your needs, ensuring that you feel safe and supported every step of the way.
Together, we’ll make a plan, but it will always be flexible - steady progress, with room for you to breathe and reflect. And we’ll make sure that how we work together is sustainable for you: If you want to keep the therapeutic work going between sessions, or if you prefer to keep the focus within our time together, we’ll find the setup that works best for you.
This is your space, and it will always be treated with the respect and care it deserves.
