My name is Richard Mann and I am an integrative counsellor offering short term and long term therapy in North London. I currently work with the NHS and in private practice I offer online counselling across the UK and abroad. Experience and approach:

There are many different types of therapy available and as an integrative therapist I am able to use a wide range of therapies to suit your individual needs.

I am trained in Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic and Psychoanalysis. CBT, CBT-i for Insomnia, DBT, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis. I can also use creative techniques such as visualisation and narrative therapy.

I use mindfulness, polyvagal theory, breathing and grounding techniques to help with anxiety, depression and dissociation.
