I work as an integrative therapist on a one to one basis, offering both short term and long term interventions.

After contacting me, we meet for an assessment session - which is an opportunity for you talk about what's on your mind, for me to explain what I can provide and for us to think together about whether I might be the right therapist for you.

Assessment sessions are free if you decide not to continue into therapy with me. If you decide to work with me, the assessment session is added to your first months fee.

I provide a friendly, warm and private space in Bethnal Green, which is three minutes walk from the Central Line, and served by many bus routes.
