My therapeutic approach is Integrative which means I work in the way that is most suitable to you by drawing on different counselling modalities and theories depending on your needs and preference. I believe that counselling and psychotherapy is creative and collaborative. You are always in charge of the therapy process, and I am here to support you. In a nutshell, I offer a confidential place where you can bring whatever is troubling you. Together, we can explore what’s going on, at a pace that’s right for you.
