Sarah Miles Counselling
About the Therapist
Individuals Each person is welcome and accepted as they are and for who they are. Some of the areas I can provide support with are anxiety, ADHD, family issues, religious trauma, neurodiversity, depression and facing significant life changes. I also specialise in working with carers, whether they are currently providing care or have done in the past, with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and I am kink positive.
Working with two I do specialised work with relationship dynamics within romantic relationships, but also dynamics between families, friendships and working partnerships. These relationships can have a significant impact on our lives and the work done within these can often be as life changing as within romantic relationships.

I work from an integrative approach with foundations in relational counselling, attachment and Transactional Analysis. With clinical training and experience in working one to one, with two or more in the room and conflict resolution and am a member of the BACP.
I work with relationships, whether that's with you as an individual, a couple, or partnership. I work with romantic relationships including non monogamy and polyamorous, family relationships between parents and children or siblings, working relationships, friendships and that very important relationship with yourself. If you are struggling, if you're feeling, stuck, anxious, disconnected, isolated, alone, confused or unsure of how to navigate what you're going through as an individual or as a couple, I can help.
