About the Therapist
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the creative industries, within television, film & music, I'm still invested in the music world as its a big put of my ongoing connection to creativity.
I love to travel & for a period of time I trekked through India/Nepal while there on a mountain, an awakening presented itself, and it was then I realized I wanted to pursue becoming a therapist.
I then Enrolled at the Metanoia Institute in London an establishment which is well respected & dedicated to training counsellors.Â
I decided to choose my training in person-centered / pluralistic approach to therapy, something that I felt aligned with me personally and how my only experience around the philosophy felt deeply. This approach provides a warm and nurturing environment which will allow you to find your own individual powerful resources. Working in this way can bring about a greater self-awareness and the capacity to address difficulties in which you may be finding hard to cope with, and this may lead to on going growth & flourishing. I see myself as a curious therapist, seeking to understand what it is to be in your shoes. I am here to hold whatever you’re willing to share in the space without judgement, the aim is to help you discover your fullest potential while having me alongside you.

Individuals.Â
Before I qualified I volunteered and then eventually worked as a support worker in a residential rehabilitation center supporting people recovering from alcoholism, addiction. & many other difficulties, also witnessing how aftercare continues to support well-being & sobriety which helped creating a balance for self-care.
I decided to move back to London and I began my degree, through this I had placements at MCPS which is part of the Metanoia Institute Counselling services.Â
I then worked at 'London friend' for 3 years an organisation that champions services & providing therapy for the LGBTQIA+ community I will say on a personal note working here helped me understand my own gayness and queerness this experience has helped me channel many parts to my own self development. Â
I continued training for an organisation called 'Camden Islington and Westminster Grief & Bereavement service'. CCIWBS one specializing in providing bereavement therapy, and where my awareness around loss as a whole became extremely important and has been throughout this work.Â
I feel it's extremely important to continue with personal and professional development I'm in regular therapy, as well as supervision to support my own self-care and its a requirement, which is an essential put of this work.
I welcome everyone from any background, identity, sexuality and culture. I work from my address in
NW6
West Hampstead London and work with people in both long and short-term.Â
Finding a moment for yourself may be difficult, - glad to see you were able to arrive and that you’ve made it this far – I feel it’s such a brave move to reach out for help. As humans, I feel we are able to find a strength and resilience which allows us to be the best versions of ourselves. This may mean asking for some guidance, support and a warm space to explore what’s coming up for you. You may feel stuck within the difficult parts of life that you may not feel able to cope or make sense of.Â
I feel within this therapeutic atmosphere together we may be able to help unlock whatever seems very stuck for you but always only at your own pace.Â
