Hi, I’m Sophia. I’m a transgender counsellor with a background in psychology, initially specialising in business and occupational psychology. Over time, I discovered my passion for working directly with people, which led me to train in counselling and coaching.

I now provide general counselling online, offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for all clients. I have particular experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and those exploring kink, sexuality, and relationship diversity.

Fees, concessions, and availability
I offer a free one-time 25-minute Get-to-Know-You session for anyone interested in working with me. This initial consult is an opportunity to explore what you’re looking for and to see whether we’d be a good fit, with no obligation to continue.

Ongoing counselling sessions are 50 minutes and cost £65 per session, delivered via online video call.

I offer a limited number of reduced-fee (concession) spaces for students and those on a low income. Sliding-scale rates are discussed individually and are subject to availability—please feel free to ask if cost is a barrier.

Availability (GMT):
• Monday–Wednesday: 7:30–8:30 am and 6:30–9:30 pm
• Thursday–Friday: 7:30–8:30 am
• Sunday: 10:00 am–1:00 pm and 7:00–9:00 pm

All sessions are held online to provide flexibility and accessibility around your schedule.
