About the Therapist
I am an experienced counsellor both online and face-to-face. I provide a unique counselling experience for all of my clients.  Using an integrative approach to each session, I am able to provide a truly bespoke service targeted to each person’s specific needs.  Being an American expat living in the UK, I am able to provide this unique multi-cultural perspective while also offering targeted guidance to other expats.
With a broad range of specialties, including depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, trauma/PTSD, and the like, I am able to create a personal solution for each client in a non-judgemental and supportive environment. Having studied and achieved my qualifications in America, I am comfortable supporting American ex-pats in the United Kingdom as well as around the world. Â Additionally, I am an LGBTQ+ advocate and am able to offer a range of counselling services within this field as well. I am kink positive. I am non-monogamy/open relationship positive. I am trans positive. Â

My approach to therapy is one that is integrated and individualised. Additionally, the spaces that I aim to create are non-judgemental supportive, and safe environments for all clients. Many of my clients, for example, are from the queer community and I am a cis gender gay male.
