I am a counsellor working online with neurodivergent individuals who wish to improve their existing relationships or bring new ones that they need into their lives.

I'm passionate about working with autistic, ADHD and AuDHD ways of being to help you deepen your self-understanding and strengthen your relationships with others

I have a lived understanding of asexuality and aromanticism and work with clients who wish to explore their sexuality and/or romantic orientation on the asexual and aromantic spectrums

Are you feeling unsupported in life or lacking connections with people who really understand you? Do you wish you had closer relationships, more people to share your innermost thoughts with, or more authenticity where people know the “real” you? You may have been harmed by previous relationships, perhaps even by narcissistic abuse, and this has knocked you off course?

You may experience anxiety, depression, or compulsive behaviours which mask what is going on beneath. You may find yourself in unsatisfying relationships, and not know why you are drawn to such people, or perhaps you terminate relationships before they can blossom. Therapy can enable you to change your patterns so that the right people come into your life.
