Hello, my name is Vincent (he/him). I am a BACP Registered Counsellor with a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from The Minster Centre.

I meet adult individuals who might be going through any of the following:

Experience and approach:

I have valuable experience supporting individuals with sexual compulsivity and relationship challenges. I previously provided one-to-one support for those affected by HIV at Positive East and facilitated workshops on dating and disclosure at Body & Soul Charity.

Working with me will be an opportunity to use open and honest dialogue to explore what's troubling you, whether you're facing a crisis, navigating life transitions, dealing with family dynamics, relationship challenges, grief, or seeking better mental health.

I believe therapists and clients can create a relationship built on the freedom to follow and trust their instincts, be themselves, and let the work unfold at its own pace. Through this work, we can gradually shift from destructive patterns of fear, shame, and regret toward self-compassion, confidence, and a loving engagement with ourselves and others.

The success of therapy depends mainly on whom you choose as a therapist.
