About the Therapist
Hi, I’m Yann (he/they). My journey into therapy began from the client’s chair—I know what it’s like to feel lost, misunderstood, or overwhelmed. Through therapy, I found meaning and purpose in my own experiences, learning to rise from the ashes. Now, I’m here to help you do the same.
I work with LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, and chosen families, offering a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your story at your own pace. There’s no need to explain yourself or speak about anything you’re not ready to. You don’t have to mask or hide parts of yourself here. You belong—and you are welcome exactly as you are.
I offer both online sessions worldwide and in-person meetings in South East London. I invite you to book a free 20-minute intro call so we can get to know each other and see if this feels right for you. I’m here to listen, support you, and help you find more inner peace and confidence in your life.

I believe therapy is a deeply relational process, where feeling safe and understood comes first. Together, we create a space that is paced to your needs—supportive but also gently challenging when it feels right. Talking about emotions can sometimes be uncomfortable or overwhelming, so I aim to make each session feel manageable and respectful of where you are.
My approach is flexible and draws on a blend of therapies, including psychodynamic, existential, interpersonal, cognitive-behavioural (CBT), humanistic, EMDR, gestalt, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). We’ll tailor the work to what feels most helpful and aligned with your needs and preferences.
You can expect honesty, compassion, and a steady commitment to walking alongside you as you explore your experiences and grow.
