Zoe Miranda
About the Therapist
If you only take away one thing: I put my clients at the heart of everything I do. I am deeply passionate about making all my clients feel comfortable and safe as I know that the work starts when you don’t feel like strangers anymore.
I currently work in private practice with adults, young people, children, and families. However, I have previous experience working in the NHS, charities, and the education system since 2006. My extensive training as an integrative child and adolescent psychotherapist and my background in CBT and couples counselling means I work with clients aged 5 years old to adults.
I am also a trainee clinical supervisor, supervising therapists, and counsellors.

I approach my work in a way that puts my clients at the centre of everything. It is vital that you feel safe in the space and for my method of working with you to resonate. I therefore don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach and understand that talking therapy may not suit everyone. I believe in using the therapeutic value of the arts and often pull-on art, music and sand as some of the ways of exploring difficult emotions that can be challenging to verbally communicate.
As an integrative psychotherapist, my approach is client-centred, which means I work in a bespoke way to suit you, your child or family.
