I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and a BA in Sociology. My diverse background and international experience allow me to provide culturally sensitive and inclusive counselling tailored to each client’s needs. I practice as an integrative counsellor, meaning that I blend psychodynamic and humanistic therapies to offer personalised support that empowers clients to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, identity issues, and relationship difficulties.
