About the Therapist
Feeling comfortable with your therapist is key. I aim to create a non-judgmental, safe space where you feel heard and supported. I work with respect, curiosity, and humour.
I have a background in photojournalism, TV production, and marketing, so understand the importance of empowering people to find and use their voice.
I worked as journalist and photographer for THT (Terrence Higgins Trust) and Stonewall, and was a trustee for London Friend.
I am also neurodivergent (dyslexic, dyscalculic), so often work with people to explore their journey around neurodiversity.

I’m fortunate and happy to work with a wide range of people, but recognise the difficulties men can feel around intimacy and vulnerability. I regularly work with shame, internalised homophobia, and societal prejudice, and how they impact our lives.
I have a two-pronged approach: helping to relieve distress in the 'now', but also exploring the past to better understand its root cause.
Being an 'integrative' therapist means I draw from a toolkit of different approaches (like psychodynamic, CBT, and relational therapy) which enables me to provide a service that best fits you.
I can help you better understand your behaviours and thoughts, enabling you to reduce stress and find clear strategies to create lasting change.
I work with many issues, including but not limited to:
Anxiety
Boarding school trauma
Burn out
Depression
Intimacy
Loss
