I work with queer, trans, and neurodivergent (ASD, ADHD, AuDHD, etc) adults around anxiety, self-worth, identity, long term mental health struggles and trauma. I work online with people across the UK. I’m from a northern, working-class background and have lived experience of mental health issues and disability.
