Annie Kuropatwa _
About the Therapist
I am a qualified, BACP registered cisgender female and a committed ally to the LGBTQ+community.
I genuinely love being a therapist. Therapy should be somewhere you can bring your whole self - without editing, explaining, or bracing for judgement. Fundamental to my practice is creating a space that feels safe and welcoming to every part of who you are.

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all service. We are all unique and of value, and deserve to be treated as such. It’s important to me that my work is grounded in openness, compassion and curiosity.
Therapy is time that belongs to you, to talk about your experiences, feelings and struggles.
My approach is integrative and relational, which means that I draw on a number of therapeutic approaches to help you explore what’s happening in your life and how you relate to others.
I have experience in helping clients with a range of issues, such as stress and anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues and sexuality, domestic violence and the challenges of major life transitions. I have completed additional specific training in GSRD, bereavement, race and racism, domestic abuse and childhood sexual abuse.
