About the Therapist
Hi, I’m Chris. I offer online therapy for adults across the UK, creating a calm and supportive space where you can speak openly and feel understood.
My way of working is warm, collaborative, and paced around you. I draw on hypnotherapy, EMDR-informed approaches, and parts-based work to help you gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, past experiences, self-esteem, or relationship challenges, we’ll work together to make sense of things and move towards meaningful, lasting change.

My experience includes working with anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, and relational difficulties. I have a particular interest in how past experiences shape present patterns and relationships.
My counselling approach is rooted in person-centred and psychodynamic therapy, offering you a space where you can feel safe to explore, be yourself, and feel truly heard.
Alongside this, I integrate hypnotherapy, EMDR-informed work, and parts-based therapy to support deeper processing, self-understanding, and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
