Therapy can help you notice tightness in your check before it becomes a panic. To notice when you're holding yourself back. To notice when you're being hard on yourself.
I support adults experiencing chronic depression, anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, early trauma, sexual trauma, bereavement, workplace stress, bullying, burnout, low confidence and self-esteem, and challenges with emotional regulation, as well as those experiencing major life transitions.
I am committed to being LGBTQI+ and GSRD affirmative, offering a supportive space to explore the challenges that can arise from living in a heteronormative world.
I am neuro-affirmative, with experience working with ADHD, autism, or dyspraxia, supporting resilience, self-understanding and explore coping strategies to make life easier to navigate.
