Chris Serros
About the Therapist
Welcome, and thank you for being here.
I work with healthcare, corporate professionals, leaders, and high-responsibility adults who may appear capable on the outside, while internally managing anxiety, pressure, fear, phobias, emotional overwhelm or patterns that no longer feel helpful.
You may be used to working in high-pressure environments, supporting others, making difficult decisions, and appearing composed. But beneath that, you may still be dealing with anxiety, fear, overwhelm, or internal reactions that feel hard to explain or control.
Hypnotherapy offers a focused and gentle way to work with these deeper patterns, helping you build a greater sense of calm, confidence, and emotional steadiness in your personal and professional life.
I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy, and a Trainee Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am based in London and work online.
My practice is trauma-informed, dissociation-aware, and queer-affirmative, offering a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for clients from different cultural backgrounds.
My approach combines subconscious-focused hypnotherapy with reflective therapeutic exploration. Together, we can gently explore and shift patterns linked to anxiety, phobias, stress, self-doubt, emotional blocks, and the pressure of always needing to cope.
Sessions are available online in English and Greek.

My experience includes working with anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, and relational difficulties. I have a particular interest in how past experiences shape present patterns and relationships.
