About the Therapist
I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist and trainee Art Therapist. I work in person and online. I have over eight years of experience working in the NHS and non-profits, supporting people predominantly from the Global Majority, members of the LGBTQIA+ community and neurodivergent individuals.
My practice is informed by intersectional feminist perspectives, drawing on Queer theory, Black Issues Theory, Systemic and Intercultural Theory. I hold an Msc in Psychology and and postgraduate studies in Counselling Psychology, developing a practice in cognitive analytical therapy, person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. Previous study at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I work integratively, tailoring each session to the individual while keeping in mind intersections of identity. I offer talking therapy, as well as the use of seven art forms (sand tray, puppetry, drawing, sculpture, music, poetry and movement) to facilitate self-exploration and discovery. I take a holistic view, considering lifestyle, relationships, diet, hobbies and physical health. My vocation is to support communities often overlooked by mainstream services, including people of the global majority, LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent people and those with long-term conditions. A certified yoga teacher, I weave in elements of breathwork, mindfulness and Buddhist philosophy into my practice.
As a bi-racial, queer person, I understand the difficulties of navigating intersecting identities and finding a sense of belonging and understanding. I am passionate about supporting those that may be questioning their gender identity or sexual orientation with the hope of creating a safe and nurturing space to explore and integrate different parts of yourself.
