About the Therapist
As an integrative arts psychotherapist, I place the relationship between us at the heart of our work together. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including humanistic and person-centred models, as well as psychodynamic and Jungian perspectives, allowing me to tailor our sessions to meet your needs.
In our work, we can use the arts and creativity to accompany our dialogue. Whether through clay, drawing, or working with metaphors and symbols, these tools help to express and explore parts of yourself that may feel messy, confusing, or simply hard to put into words. I have found, through both personal experience and with clients, that the imagery we produce serves as a form of inner wisdom. These personal images help us make sense of our experiences and navigate through times when the path ahead is difficult to see. It is important to know that you do not need to be an artist or "good" at art to feel the benefits of working therapeutically with the arts; creativity here is an additional resource, a bridge to help you feel, see, and understand your emotional landscape at your own pace.
As a practitioner, I am committed to recognising and addressing the aspects of our identities. Culture, race, gender, sexuality, class, alongside other identity markers, profoundly shape us and are welcomed and encouraged to be spoken about in the therapeutic work.

I work in private practice with individuals in Archway, with individuals and in groups in the community and with children in schools in North London. Previously, I have worked in the NHS and in the third sector, both one-to-one with clients and in group settings. I have experience supporting those who are facing a wide range of difficulties. I am particularly experienced in working with those struggling with anxiety, low mood, relational issues, self-esteem, questions around gender and sexuality, questions around neurodivergence, terminal illness, trauma, and mental health diagnoses.
Before working as a psychotherapist, I worked with children, parents, and their families for over 15 years in a multitude of roles, including as a primary school teacher, a private tutor, a teaching assistant, and a nanny. Working with a diverse range of children and teenagers for so long has allowed me the very privileged position of watching these wonderful young people’s creativity, resilience, and unique ways of being, while also observing how life experiences quietly knock their confidence or change their natural way of being and sense of self.
This invaluable experience continues to inform my work today. When working with adults, I have noticed that struggles in their lives can often be traced back to moments in childhood, either in family life, education or relationships and coming back to these and speaking to the child within them allows for a space and ease to open and a new way forward. I have also observed how becoming a parent can awaken memories and emotions from one's own childhood, reminding us that healing is rarely just about the present moment.
Alongside my work with adults, I provide psychotherapeutic support to children in schools in North London. If you wish to know more about this work or if you would like to know whether I could support your child, please get in touch.

Sessions take place in a comfortable, quiet and bright room that overlooks London. Once we have had an initial conversation on the phone or via a video call, we can meet for a first session. This session will last for 50 minutes and gives you the opportunity to ask questions, speak about any difficult feelings you may be experiencing and explore why you have come to psychotherapy at this point. You are free to discuss anything which may help you decide whether you would like to go ahead with the therapy.
If you decide to continue with therapy, we will discuss some practicalities, and I will share a basic contract with you. Together, we will agree on a time that works and whether the sessions will be online or in-person. We can also discuss whether you would like the work to be more long-term and open-ended or short-term with a specific focus. Sessions are normally weekly and last 50 minutes and I operate a sliding scale of between £80 and £100 per session.
Unfortunately, the room is not wheelchair accessible.
