'm Marianne Green, a UKCP Trainee Psychotherapist in my fifth and final year of Transactional Analysis training, working with relationships in all their configurations — dyads, triads, polycules and beyond.

I identify as solo polyamorous and queer. I understand the particular challenges that come with navigating jealousy, hierarchy, communication across multiple partnerships, and the specific dynamics of opening a relationship — not just theoretically, but from the inside.

I am sex-positive and comfortable working with kink and GSRD identities across the full spectrum of relationship diversity. I want you to feel like an equal in our work together, not a patient.

Experience and approach:

I am in my fifth and final year of a UKCP-accredited Transactional Analysis (Psychotherapy) training programme. In addition to my core training, I have completed specialist courses in working with relationships in therapy, including working with conflict.

Transactional Analysis is a relational, humanistic model developed by Eric Berne that uses accessible frameworks to help people understand their patterns, their inner world, and how they relate to others. I work both classically and relationally within TA — meaning I am as interested in what happens between us in the room as I am in the patterns you bring from your relationships outside it.

I work from a private room in Bristol city centre and online across the UK. Fees operate on a community sliding scale: Pay It Forward £70 | Standard £50 | Reduced Rate £30 for 60-minute sessions.
