Naomi Rule
About the Therapist
I work with teenagers and adults, offering short and long-term psychotherapy both in person and online. My practice is based within the inspiring and nurturing attic of Liberation Art Gallery, located in the heart of Brighton Lanes. I aim to offer an inclusive and safe therapeutic space, so alongside cultivating a meaningful therapeutic relationship with every client, I am mindful of those who may have face additional challenges when accessing more traditional therapies. I specialise in working with complex trauma.

I am integrative psychotherapist and art therapist, I work relationally, creatively and with a systemic lens. I have over 10 years of experience working within traumatised communities nationally and internationally, which has cemented my belief that therapy is inherently political and therefore my work also necessitates the need for social activism. I apply a critical approach to western traditional theories, in the pursuit of decolonising and queering the way I approach each individual.
Alongside my private practice I work within NHS Forensic services, where I am active in research regarding health inequity.
I am also a qualified clinical supervisor.
