I understand firsthand the complexities of belonging, identity formation, and the unique challenges that come with existing between cultures. My journey to psychotherapy began through my own experiences navigating notions of Otherness: a bicultural identity, indigeneity, queerness and neurodiversity. I continuously research these subjects, attend conferences, and regularly volunteer at music festivals providing welfare for those experiencing psychedelic and/or psychospiritual emergencies. This personal understanding of feeling between worlds – and the work required to move between them sustainably – informs my approach to supporting others in similar struggles.
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), with ten years of experience. I offer short or long-term one-to-one counselling sessions either online or in person in Crystal Palace, London.
Choosing to begin therapy is a meaningful step. It offers time to pause, reflect, and speak freely about your inner and outer world in a confidential space where you are truly listened to. My specialty is working with individuals looking for deeper meaning and possibility in their lives, perhaps questioning their sense of belonging and life choices. I welcome people from all walks of life, with a particular sensitivity to experiences of difference and otherness. Therapy can hold whatever feels important to you. Questions around identity, purpose, or direction can arise for anyone, regardless how you move through the world.

Welcome! My name is Benoit, and I am a psychotherapist and existential analyst. I help individuals and couples understand themselves, recover from difficulties, and discover new ways to live joyfully and creatively. My approach is relational, exploratory, and depth-oriented. Therapy offers a space to slow down and pay close attention to your life and experience. Together, we explore what is present, what may lie beneath the surface, and what might need attention or change.
Therapy has been important in my life in helping me to understand and accept myself. It has supported me to address the things in my journey which have held me back and given me strategies and hope for the future. As a therapist I am skilled and passionate in my desire to offer this to others. I have been trained in and been influenced by a number of models and blending them together, I have arrived at a style which works for those who click with me. I’m Dickie, a cis, gay BACP-registered Integrative Therapist, trained & experienced in London. There’s no need to have life nailed or understand what’s happening, that is what this is for. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to freely unpack whatever it is you bring, however big or small, taking the sessions at your pace. It could be that you feel lonely, depressed, anxious or stuck. Perhaps that age-old shame wizards snuck in, fuelling self-doubt and keeping parts of us hidden. Whatever it is, it helps to get it out.
Hi, I’m Angel Abitha Chi. I bring both professional experience and lived understanding to my work. Having navigated my own experiences of pain and trauma, I understand how sensitivity can feel overwhelming or burdensome and how, with care and support, it can become a source of strength, insight, and resilience. I am particularly drawn to working with people who identify as sensitive, empathic, or deeply feeling, and I support clients in reframing these qualities as meaningful aspects of who they are rather than something to be “fixed.”
