I’m a BACP registered psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in integrative counselling. Based in Greater Manchester, I support adults and teens with a range of issues, including anxiety, stress, low mood, relationships, and identity. My core approach is psychodynamic, exploring how past experiences shape your present, while integrating techniques from CBT and person-centred therapy to meet your unique needs. I offer a compassionate, tailored space to help you gain insight and create meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating challenges or seeking personal growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Soma = the body. Somatic therapy is a bottom-up approach and often works well in place of traditional talking therapies, particularly for those of us who find it more challenging to put emotions into words. As a trauma trained somatic care worker, I include a blend of coaching and counselling to provide a human, relational and body-led approach to healing. I am currently only offering remote sessions, held via zoom.
My name is Roy. I have lived adventurously and curiously and had a varied career in business development and marketing for over 20 years, living on different continents and collecting many life experiences. My first 20 years adulting were unconsciously monogamous by default. A personal and financial crisis in 2010, forced me to completely re-evaluate my life and values, go through therapy and dig deep inside for self–awareness and self-love. I was introduced to non-monogamy a decade ago and have identified as polyamorous ever since, experiencing a wide variety of relationship dynamics in the spectra of multigamy. Assimilating knowledge from
As a queer person and part of the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities, I have experience working with people of different genders, relationship styles and sexualities and strive for an inclusive practice. I am trans and nonbinary affirmative, anti-fascist, anti-racist and feminist. I work towards an anti-oppressive practice and educate myself around intersectionality. I aim to create a calm, containing space in which to talk, using my training in mindfulness.
Understand yourself to transform your life and relationships. I am a highly trained psychodynamic psychotherapist and recovery specialist with many years experience working in both clinical and corporate/organisational settings. Â My approach is unique in that I combine deep experience of these two worlds – the commercial and the clinical/therapeutic – so I understand and can help you manage the sometimes intense pressures of these challenging environments. My extensive training and lengthy and intensive personal therapy enables me to help you think about how your personal perspective or inner world interacts with your context and those around you.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or at a crossroads, it helps to talk. As an integrative therapist, I can support you as you reconnect to life with authenticity, compassion, and humour. I work with individuals and couples—whether in monogamous or non-monogamous relationships—and specialise in relationship issues, grief and loss, and navigating life changes.
Hi, I am Victoria (she/her). I am a queer, neurodivergent, Level 2 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist. I offer IFS therapy to clients online, across the UK and internationally. My approach is queer-affirming and neurodivergent-affirming. IFS works wonderfully for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks. IFS helps us connect with, and support the parts of ourselves that have struggled to exist in a world that is shaped by injustice and oppression. I am committed to providing therapy which is inclusive, non-pathologising and trauma-informed. This is a space for anyone who has felt misunderstood in mainstream therapy, seeking a validating environment and has
I’m a non-binary and neurodivergent therapist, offering warm and affirming therapy to people of all backgrounds. I work to centre you, your feelings, your strengths, your experiences and your identity, whatever it may be. I use compassion and emotional exploration to help you build your resources and explore what’s troubling you. I work online and face to face in Sheffield.
You are the expert on your own life, so I won’t begin by assuming how you might be feeling or the kinds of worries you may be grappling with. My role is to sit alongside you and help you notice, clarify and make sense of what might be happening for you – internally, with the people in your life and in the world around you.
