I’m a BACP registered psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in integrative counselling. Based in Greater Manchester, I support adults and teens with a range of issues, including anxiety, stress, low mood, relationships, and identity. My core approach is psychodynamic, exploring how past experiences shape your present, while integrating techniques from CBT and person-centred therapy to meet your unique needs. I offer a compassionate, tailored space to help you gain insight and create meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating challenges or seeking personal growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I am Kael, a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and founder of Storms Edge Therapy in central London. My focus is on understanding the underlying emotional wounds, relational patterns and resilience that shape a person’s inner world, rather than pathologising identity. I bring long-standing experience in GSRD communities and in holding complexity with care, nuance and respect.

You may come to therapy because something feels painful, confusing, or difficult to name. Or you may need a space to talk about your life. I am interested in the deeper patterns that shape our emotional lives and relationships, and in how questions of identity, belonging, and personal history influence the ways we experience ourselves and others. Therapy can offer a place to slow down, reflect, and begin to understand your experience in new ways.
I am a queer integrative counsellor with membership to the BACP. As well as working with mental health difficulties, I have experience of working with people to explore different parts of their identity and do this by being curious and affirming a person’s individuality.
