Are you looking for a therapist to walk alongside you as you heal, grow and start to live more fully? Hi, I’m Phil. I firmly believe that therapy can be transformative, providing a unique opportunity to explore our past experiences and understand how they influence our present. This viewpoint has been shaped by my experiences as both a therapist and a client. The therapeutic relationships I cultivate with people create a safe and empowering environment for them to examine and make sense of their connections with others and the world around them.
Why me… what makes me different? I am a Psychosexual (Sex) and Relationship Therapist with additional training in Sex Addiction Counselling for compulsive sexual behaviour, but I also work effectively with issues such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and trauma, as my original training was in counselling, psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I also have training in EMDR. I currently see clients in private practice and and I also provide Psychosexual therapy for a range of sexual difficulties in the Psychosexual Therapy Service at a major London NHS Hospital Trust. I am based in South-West London: Kensington SW5 and Putney
I’m a registered psychotherapist with 10+ years of clinical practice. I hold an MSc. in Counselling Psychology and I’m currently completing my doctorate in clinical communication and psychosexual health. Â

I’m an integrative counsellor/psychotherapist who works with clients to create a safe, non-judgemental space to explore, understand, and move forward at their own pace. I have lived experience of questioning sexuality and same-sex attraction, and strive to provide a place for others to discuss their own experiences without fear of being judged or dismissed. Asking yourself how you can make your life more meaningful, in spite of whatever issue you may be struggling with? Psychotherapy can help you make sense of it and move forward.
