Hi I’m Trace, a therapist and supervisor living and working in Norwich.  I’m passionate about providing a high quality queer and neurodivergent friendly practice where people feel accepted and understood. I have recently added supervision to my practice and am interested in working with colleagues with a GSRD focus.  If you are looking for a supervisor or some additional supervision, please feel free to contact me.
My aim is to support you in developing greater self-understanding, resilience, and freedom to relate more fully to yourself and others. Whether you’re facing a specific issue or simply a sense that something isn’t quite right, therapy can be a powerful step toward change. Central to my work is the therapeutic relationship itself — a secure, consistent space where patterns that may have developed in early life can be explored, understood, and worked through. I offer a confidential and containing environment where clients can begin to reflect on aspects of their experience that may feel stuck, painful, or hard to
I offer a more directive, therapeutic approach that allows you to greater understand yourself, as well as question and appreciate your triggers and their origins. I have found that taking this approach allows individuals to make progress much quicker, as well as develop a deeper understanding of self.
Humanistic therapy is about building a bond centred on your needs. I offer psychotherapy services to help you overcome life challenges, understand yourself better and to improve your mental health. My expertise includes working with trauma, neglect, relationships, identity, gender/sexuality challenges, and other manifestations of life crises. I know the impact of systemic oppression and provide a safe, inclusive space for navigating these issues. Embracing a deeper understanding of yourself, your community and the world around you can enrich your relationships, sense of belonging, purpose, and overall well-being.
I’m a London and online-based Gestalt psychotherapist and counsellor with a psychology degree. I’m also a queer cis multilingual woman of multiple migrations. In my therapy practice, I help people explore and become aware of their parts that seem separate and at odds. I often work with queer clients living in the UK with a history or heritage of migration. I have additional interest in and knowledge of kink and non-monogamous relationships.
As a therapist I profoundly believe that change is possible, and that every individual has the potential for growth. My hope is for us to develop a therapeutic relationship that will be healing for you. As a gender, sexuality and relationship therapist I offer a warm, empathetic approach and together I hope we can create a space for you to be vulnerable and explore whatever you wish to bring. Counselling is an opportunity to work through pain, hurt, resentment and anger, or it can be a place to explore a new way of being.
Are you struggling with anxiety, low mood or self esteem? Our work together can help you make sense and get more control of difficult thoughts & feelings, gain confidence and make changes in your life. Book your free intro call and let’s meet!Â
Hello! I’m Stephanie (she/her), a psychotherapist based in South East London. I openly identify as a queer Lesbian. At the risk of feeling old, I have worked in mental health services for almost 20 years. I enjoy working within the LGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent community and find it some of my most rewarding experiences. For anyone feeling like they don’t fit in, I am here to support you. I work mostly online but do offer face to face appointments.
Some of the key areas I work in: Anxiety and Depression Anxiety and depression are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience in our lives. Through the counselling relationship, we will work together to manage these and, with acceptance and insight, there is a good chance that things will begin to shift for you. Relationships Interpersonal relationships can be a source of both joy and pain in our lives. By exploring these in therapy and using the therapeutic relationship in the room as a mirror to your outside life, we can build a better understanding
