I’m an integrative counsellor/psychotherapist who works with clients to create a safe, non-judgemental space to explore, understand, and move forward at their own pace. I have lived experience of questioning sexuality and same-sex attraction, and strive to provide a place for others to discuss their own experiences without fear of being judged or dismissed. We all struggle at some point in life, so whether you’re feeling anxious, depressed, confused, stuck in a destructive pattern, troubled by events in the past, or unsure about your direction in life, starting therapy can be a powerful first step towards a better future.
My name is Munjeeta (she/ they). I am a client-centred sex and relationship therapist working integratively with people who want to explore sex and relationships outside of traditional western societal norms. If you are queer, kinky, and/ or nonmonogamous (or curious about any of these things) then I might be the right fit for you! I value collaboration and believe the relationship between myself and my clients to be an integral part of the therapy process.
I am bisexual/queer, cis male identified. I work with clients across the many spectrums of sexuality, relationship style, neurodivergence and gender identity. I engage with my clients in a real, authentic way and invite them to do the same with me. My aim is to support you in exploring what is right for you in your life and context.Â
I’m a BACP registered therapist working face to face (Westcliff/Southend/Essex) or online. I offer gender affirming therapy and am an LGBTQIA+ ally. My training, client work and personal experiences make me ideally placed to work with non-binary and transgender individuals as well as people who are neurodiverse. Awareness of neurodiversity is increasing and whether diagnosed, or undiagnosed, many people now are now linking their thoughts and behaviours to autism (ASD), ADHD, ADD, ODD and OCD.I also work with clients dealing with grief and anxiety, specialising in birth trauma, miscarriage, stillbirth and babyloss. I take time to hear your experiences and
I offer open-ended online therapy for adults (18+). My special interests include working with survivors of abuse and complex trauma, identity – including those parts of us that have been marginalised, ground down, or silenced – and ecological grief. My approach is creative, curious, and conversational, and I place the unique therapeutic relationship between us at the centre of our work together.
Hey, I’m Genevieve (they/them), I’m a sex and relationship therapist with over 5 years experience in empowering people through sex education as @squirtingisntpee I work with a wide range of issues including understanding your gender, sexuality and identities (inc. LGBTQIA+), finding the right relationship style for you (non-monogamy, monogamy, polyamory etc), negotiating safer BDSM and kink practices, exploring consent, issues with sexual functioning (genital pain, erection issues, inability to orgasm etc), navigating relationship conflicts and improving sexual intimacy. I also work with people who have experienced sexual trauma and abuse and work in a trauma-informed way.
I mostly work with people on their significant relationships – with family, partners, and themselves. I see both couples and individuals looking for insight, change or a deeper understanding of themselves. I have shedloads of experience, both inside and outside the counselling room. I came out in my 20’s, and have a special interest in the process of people finding and embracing their core sexual and gender identify. I also work with people within a broad range of consensual, non-traditional relationships.Â
Experience has taught me that anxiety can serve us well by keeping us on the ball. Fighting it would create the very inner conflict we want to avoid. What I have learned – what you can learn – is how to respond constructively to hard times and difficult circumstances. Everyone has the potential for personal growth, given the right conditions. I’ve found that my approach works well with a lot of people. In particular, a lot of my clients have identified as disabled, chronically ill or neurodivergent. Many others have been LGBTQIA+ I know from my own lived experience with
I am gay white cisgender male, and a clinical psychologist by training. I offer psychological therapy for individuals, couples and families in-person and online. I have been working in mental health for 20 years in both clinical practice and research. My training and experience have allowed me to work across the mental health and relational spectrum, however I specialise in working with trauma and developmental trauma and I am passionate about bringing my knowledge and skills to psychotherapy work with GSRD people.
