Hello, my name is Vincent. I identify as a gay man, and my pronouns are he/him. I’m a relational and integrative counsellor registered with BACP. I am based in Shoreditch, offering in-person and online sessions. I’m passionate about supporting adults of all genders, especially those who are gender-fluid, non-binary, or have diverse sexual identities. I understand that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can be truly seen and heard. I offer a free 20-minute phone call and the first session at a reduced fee of £50.
Welcome to my profile. I am a BACP registered Humanistic Integrative therapist offering either short or long term counselling/psychotherapy. I create a safe space for you to explore who you are and where you’ve come from and how you’d like to be. All of you is welcome. We’ll mostly be talking but we will also take time to check into the body and to breathe and allow space to feel and be. I also offer supervision for other therapists.
I’m Elizabeth and I’m an experienced counsellor and supervisor specialising in working affirmatively with gender, sexual and relational diversity. For five years I managed a counselling service for LGBT Health and Wellbeing in Glasgow, and now work with them as a group supervisor for volunteer counsellors in Edinburgh. I am a trustee on the board of directors for Kaleidoscope Counselling. I also volunteer as a pregnancy and birth companion/doula with Amma for people that would otherwise give birth alone. I am trained to work with the uniqueness of each individual in whatever they are experiencing. However, the stuff I often work with includes: anxiety depression shame relationships – all types co-dependency
I am excited to work with anyone who is curious about themselves and the world. I enjoy facilitating self-understanding and compassion. It is important to me that the environment of our work holds a safe space for people to bring all that they are. I am interested in working with all sorts of clients of any age or background, with a particular interest in working with the LGBTQIA+ community. My space is also safe for people who wish to discuss their issues with body image in a space where they will benefit from a body neutral approach.
I see therapy as an opportunity to explore, to challenge, and to develop new ways of being and relating. I engage with my clients in a real, authentic way, and invite them to do the same with me. I’m an experienced UKCP accredited Psychotherapist with over 14 years experience working in a range of mental health services. I’ve supported many people in leading richer and more rewarding lives. I work in a way that is open, honest, supportive and allows for lightness and challenge. Take a look at my website for more information about how I work.

I’m a BACP registered psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in integrative counselling. My core approach is psychodynamic, exploring how past experiences shape your present, while integrating techniques from CBT and person-centred therapy to meet your unique needs. I offer a compassionate, tailored space to help you gain insight and create meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating challenges or seeking personal growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
