Hello, my name is Amy. I’m an Integrative Counsellor having trained at The Minster Centre. I offer in-person sessions in both Hackney and Highbury and Islington.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I provide a service that combines several therapeutic practices, all aimed towards helping you feel whole again. My role is to help you process and integrate whatever it is you are struggling with, supporting you on your journey to improved mental and emotional wellbeing.
Hello, I’m Seán (he/they). I provide compassionate and inclusive counselling for LGBTQIA+ individuals and our allies. It’s my mission to support you on your unique journey toward healing, self-discovery, and growth. Whether you’re exploring your identity, experiencing life’s challenges, or seeking to live more authentically, I will offer you a safe, affirming space where you can be you. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone – while therapy can seem daunting, it can also be empowering (and even enjoyable) as you discover what lies within and uncover new ways to live your truth. Let’s do this
As a lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, or intersex person or another member of the GSRD community, you will have had unique experiences that the straight/cis mainstream finds difficult to make sense of. You may have experienced direct or indirect messages from those around you that something is not right because of your ‘difference’. Or perhaps you have felt supported by those around you, but you can’t shake the feeling that something is off. You may also be struggling with an issue unrelated to gender, sex and relationship diversity, but want to speak with someone you feel can welcome every
My name is Matthew, I am a qualified integrative therapist working in-person in London, and online across the UK. My professional journey began in 2009 through completion of a certificate course in counselling skills and I have since graduated from a BSc (Hons) in Counselling, a degree accredited by the BACP where I am also a registered member. My dissertation project was about the psychotherapeutic experiences of men engaged in chemsex, an area of particular interest to me. I also have interest in the relationship between sexuality and religion, an area I hold developmental training for.
In my work as an integrative psychotherapist, I can help you better understand what is happening in your life right now. You may be struggling with work, with relationships, or have big questions about the future or the direction life is taking. Talking things through and building a reliable and trusted relationship can help you get to know yourself better. We all go through times when everything feels messy and uncertain, but therapy can help you untangle some of the mess, bring you some clarity and help you navigate a way through.
I have extensive experience of working with LGBTQIA+ people to support them with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress and relationship issues, including issues around non-monogamy. I have an integrative approach and can help you to overcome your problems in a friendly, accepting and non-judgemental environment. I am trans, queer, neurodivergent and non-monogamous. I understand how difficult life can be for queer and neurodivergent people and can support you to make the changes that you would like to see in your life.
I am a highly qualified, experienced and compassionate psychotherapist, and sex & relationship therapist, who has worked for almost 15 years therapeutically with clients from age 5 to 79, from all around the world. I combine a robust theoretical training with warmth, kindness and insight and I work with both individuals and relationships. I am trained to work with full spectrum of gender, sex and relationship diversity.
My name is Jenny (they/she). I’m a qualified integrative therapist registered with the BACP. As a queer person I know therapy is most effective when you feel safe to bring your whole self to a session. I welcome clients from across the gender, sexuality and relationship spectrum, whether you want to work on issues related being LGBTQIA+ or something else entirely. I offer a calm, open and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood. As the trust in our relationship grows, I’ll support you to confront difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences towards acceptance and healing.
I have a background in media and arts, working as a professional broadcaster and performance artist in the UK, Canada and US. My therapeutic training was at City and Guildhall Universities and at the Metanoia Institute. I worked in the NHS for 25 years as an advisor and highly specialist psychotherapist in sexual health and HIV medicine. Having recently left the NHS, I now concentrate on my private practice and lecturing in psychotherapy in central London.
